We're looking for an experienced Tech Lead (Node.js) who can technically guide the team and build scalable, high-performance backend systems. This role involves designing Node.js/Express-based architecture, conducting code reviews, enforcing best practices, and mentoring junior developers/interns. You'll translate client requirements into technical solutions while ensuring quality delivery within project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Node.js backend architecture design and implementation
Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship
Handle APIs, databases (MongoDB/SQL), and third-party integrations

Requirements:
4-6+ years of Node.js/backend development experience
